Viavonu, Jogbenayon Folorunsho
Viavonu, Jogbenayon Folorunsho was born on 21st September, 1967. He hails from Badagry Local Government Area of Lagos State.
A product of the University of Benin, Viavonu J. F. obtained a B.Sc. in Political Science in 1991 and a Master of Social Work in 2019 from Lagos State University, Ojo.
Following his employment by the Lagos State Government in 2001, JFK, as he is fondly called by peers and colleagues, worked in different units of the Social Welfare Department of the Ministry of Youth and Social Development.
As a Medical Social Welfare Officer between 2003 and 2009, Viavonu J. F. was instrumental in the establishment of the Anti-Retroviral Therapy Clinic at the General Hospital, Badagry, where he functioned as the Project Officer, among other responsibilities, during the IMPACT Project and the GHAIN Project under the management of Family Health International (FHI).
Prior to his posting to LASODA on 2nd December 2025, Viavonu J. F. was the Director, Medical Social Service in the Ministry of Youth and Social Development.
He is adequately motivated for his new assignment at LASODA and looks forward to making a lasting impact.
He has attended several trainings within and outside the shores of Nigeria.
